Communications Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated PR strategies to drive brand awareness and perception
• Manage day-to-day media relations, including agency relationships, press releases, and crisis communications
• Serve as the Quality Control Lead for all outbound communications to ensure brand voice and accuracy
• Design and maintain automated workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make to scale media monitoring and reporting
• Develop and refine prompt engineering libraries for LLMs to accelerate content drafting and repurposing
• Operationalize the communications tech stack by connecting tools like Meltwater, Sprout Social, and Asana

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS Communications or PR
• Proficiency in automated workflows, RAG, and Marketing AI tools
• Hands-on experience with LLMs such as Claude, Gemini, or Copilot
• Expertise in PR and media relations for the enterprise software or IT infrastructure market
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
