Responsibilities

• Play a central operational role within the communications team managing workflows and internal systems
• Contribute to publicity strategy across editorial verticals and business priorities
• Support strategic communications across international markets and coordinate with global media partners
• Assist in developing press strategies for global editorial verticals and cross-border initiatives
• Support press campaigns around major events and product launches
• Track, organize, and maintain records of all press coverage across print, digital, audio, and live events
• Monitor the daily news cycle to flag relevant coverage and emerging opportunities

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in communications, press, or media relations
• Excellent writing skills with strong command of voice, clarity, and accuracy
• Extreme attention to detail
• Natural affinity for organizational systems and process-building
• Creative problem-solving skills and a self-starter attitude
• Enthusiasm for media, journalism, and the global news landscape
