About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop creative 360-degree communication concepts and activations for new product launches, seasonal editions, and strategic marketing initiatives.
- Transform marketing initiatives into engaging stories across earned, owned, and managed channels to drive cultural relevance and "talkability."
- Act as the communication project lead, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders including Content, Social Media, Brand Marketing, Sports Marketing, and Events.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with journalists, creators, production partners, and media companies to maximize brand impact.
- Monitor communication performance and optimize plans based on insights and results.
- Identify emerging consumer trends in sport, fitness, gaming, and culture to ensure Red Bull remains part of the conversation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Communications, PR, Brand Marketing, or Creative Marketing (client-side or agency-side).
- Proven track record of developing communication strategies and creative campaigns for consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of the relationship between earned media, creator marketing, and social media.
- Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to identify compelling angles for media and consumers.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).
- Ability to travel approximately 10-20%.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fast-moving industries such as FMCG, hospitality, lifestyle, or retail.
- Proven experience specifically launching new products or seasonal consumer-facing campaigns.
- Deep understanding of the Swedish media landscape and the digital communication ecosystem.
