Communications Manager (Operations)

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement projects for reputation management across a multi-brand portfolio
• Formulate communication and Employer Brand strategies and build detailed project roadmaps
• Analyze existing workflows, identify optimization points, and implement automation tools
• Respond quickly to reputational risks and crisis situations across the portfolio
• Manage the full cycle of communication projects from brief development to final content quality control
• Transform internal expertise and brand values into clear external messages

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as an Operations Manager, Communications Manager, Employer Brand Manager, or PR Manager
• Experience managing multiple projects in parallel
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Experience in communications, marketing, or digital directions
• Strong organizational and coordination skills for cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of SERM and SEO
• Experience in Employer Branding
• Experience in optimizing and automating operational processes
