Communications Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end communications strategy for Thailand, aligned with regional and global priorities
• Serve as a member of the Thailand Leadership Team, embedding reputational considerations into business decisions
• Lead rapid-response communications on complex crises, regulatory issues, and reputational incidents
• Develop and execute proactive narratives around Meta's business impact, including AI innovation and the creator ecosystem
• Design and lead social-first communications strategies using Meta's owned channels as primary storytelling platforms
• Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with tier-1 media, digital publishers, and creators in Thailand
• Manage agency partnerships and local vendor relationships for maximum impact and efficiency
• Use data and metrics to inform strategy, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate impact to leadership

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in communications, with a mix of agency and in-house backgrounds preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a relevant field
• Proven expertise in social media and creator strategy
• Deep, well-established relationships with Thai media and proven media relations expertise
• Strong data literacy and comfort with measurement frameworks
• Experience managing PR agencies and cross-functional stakeholder relationships
• Fluency in Thai and English (written and spoken) is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the technology industry or at a global platform company
• Background in managing communications during regulatory or policy-driven moments
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive efficiency
• Experience supporting or advising C-suite or country leadership on public positioning
• Experience building creator programs or creator-led communications strategies from scratch
