Communications Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute property communication plans supporting global and divisional business goals
• Manage media and KOL relations, including pitching journalists and organizing media trips
• Develop press materials such as press releases and news updates
• Organize and support the creation of property events and curate attendee lists
• Support social media content strategy and build brand advocate communities
• Assist the marketing team with photo shoots and project implementation
• Manage and coach trainees or Communications Executives
• Analyze and report on media coverage and event performance using Launchmetrics and Lefty

Requirements

• 5+ years of public relations or communications experience, preferably in hospitality
• Understanding of luxury hospitality markets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Ability to travel and willingness to relocate to Portofino
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
