Communications Lead - Partnerships Projects

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver communications and marketing campaigns for partnership projects between Bristol Waste Company and Bristol City Council
• Focus on sustainability, environmental impacts, and improved street scenes to support organizational objectives
• Create and curate engaging content for websites, intranets, and social media, including rich media and video
• Develop promotional assets such as posters, digital content, and award applications
• Manage and develop brand presence across various channels
• Build strong internal relationships and represent the company with external stakeholders and community groups
• Maintain safe working practices and comply with company codes of conduct and regulations

Requirements

• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills with strong attention to detail
• Proven experience in planning and delivering marketing and communications campaigns (digital, social, and print)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media management tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive, creative approach
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience working in a professional marketing or communications environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with design tools such as Canva or Adobe
• Experience with website management using WordPress
• Skills in event coordination
• A genuine interest in environmental and sustainability issues
