Communications Intern

Responsibilities

• Support corporate communications and vaccine-related projects through daily coordination and documentation
• Assist with project implementation, including drafting internal documents and taking meeting minutes
• Support communication tasks such as media registration, social media content creation, and daily monitoring
• Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, and translation when required
• Support onsite event execution and various corporate initiatives

Requirements

• Junior undergraduate student or above majoring in Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, Business, or related fields
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English
• Solid graphic and visual design skills with knowledge of PowerPoint and Photoshop
• High interest in the healthcare industry and corporate communications
• Ability to work onsite in Beijing for at least 4 months (3-5 days per week)
• Strong attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in corporate communications is a plus
• Proficiency in other photo or video editing software
