About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute communication roadmaps and tactical plans across Germany and the UK, including digital and social media campaigns
- Draft high-quality content and editorial calendars for company-owned channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and blogs
- Coordinate participation in industry conferences and events, managing logistics, registrations, and booth execution
- Collaborate with the brand team to update website layouts and provide direction for graphics
- Support patient advocacy programs by developing content that highlights patient impact and community needs
- Monitor industry activities, including competitor analysis and legislative updates in healthcare and oncology
- Partner with global communications and marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and unified brand voice
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in marketing or external communications, ideally within the healthcare sector
- Native-level proficiency in both English and German (C2)
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Expertise in social and digital media strategy and stakeholder management
- Experience leveraging AI tools and LLMs to enhance communications workflows
- Proficiency with tools such as Figma and HubSpot
- Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within Germany and the UK for events and team meetings
