About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute communication roadmaps and tactical plans across Germany and the UK, including digital and social media campaigns
  • Draft high-quality content and editorial calendars for company-owned channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and blogs
  • Coordinate participation in industry conferences and events, managing logistics, registrations, and booth execution
  • Collaborate with the brand team to update website layouts and provide direction for graphics
  • Support patient advocacy programs by developing content that highlights patient impact and community needs
  • Monitor industry activities, including competitor analysis and legislative updates in healthcare and oncology
  • Partner with global communications and marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and unified brand voice

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing or external communications, ideally within the healthcare sector
  • Native-level proficiency in both English and German (C2)
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Expertise in social and digital media strategy and stakeholder management
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and LLMs to enhance communications workflows
  • Proficiency with tools such as Figma and HubSpot
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Germany and the UK for events and team meetings
