Communications Designer - Social Media

About the Company

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Create visual content for the company’s social media channels
• Design graphics for blog posts, illustrations, diagrams, and infographics
• Produce advertising creatives including banners and promo materials
• Create video and motion content, animations, and video styling
• Maintain and develop visual guidelines and templates
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and PR teams
• Manage external contractors and ensure quality execution

Requirements

• Portfolio with social media, content design, and motion work
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
• Experience with CapCut and AI tools like Midjourney, Recraft, or Higgsfield
• Strong motion and video animation skills
• Native English speaker with experience in the US market
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into visual solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in technology companies
• Experience with performance analytics and data-driven design
• Ability to optimize processes through automation and templates
