The Eames Institute of Infinite Curiosity is a nonprofit public charity dedicated to advancing the dynamic legacy of 20th-century designers Ray and Charles Eames. By sharing the things the Eameses made and loved, along with their joyful and rigorous approach to life and work, we seek to inspire creative problem-solving that positively shapes our world.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies, campaigns, and content calendars for multiple brands
• Create, schedule, and publish multimedia content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest
• Write engaging, on-brand captions and maintain voice consistency
• Prepare visual assets and scale photos for posts
• Draft member newsletters and regular news story letters
• Monitor social channels and engage with the online community
• Collaborate with the Data Analytics Manager to track performance metrics and provide actionable insights
• Support product launches, events, and special initiatives with real-time coverage
• Assist with CRM/email/SMS communications using HubSpot

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in social media or digital communications management
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Later, or HubSpot
• Experience managing content calendars and consistent posting schedules
• Ability to work primarily onsite in Richmond, CA
