About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an internal communications content strategy to ensure an effective flow of information between Group, cluster, and local entities.
- Act as the custodian of communication platforms, including the maintenance and updating of the Southern Africa Intranet and the Air Liquide South Africa website.
- Support the preparation and execution of local townhalls, managing venue setup, technology, photography, and audio requirements.
- Cascade Group and cluster campaigns to local entities and disseminate entity-specific communications.
- Provide business support by developing branded collateral for the Commercial team and assisting functional leaders with creative processes and proofreading.
- Support Social Economic Development (CSI) activities, including the facilitation and setup of related events.
- Interface with cluster communications teams and work with external suppliers such as design agencies, photographers, and event organizers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Public Affairs, Political Science, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of professional experience in a communications role.
