Communications Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end communications strategy for the Korea market aligned with business objectives
• Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on executive messaging, employee engagement, and reputation management
• Manage internal and external communications, including media relations, corporate announcements, and leadership communication
• Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to define communication priorities and drive alignment across teams
• Develop clear, structured, and compelling messaging tailored to different audiences and platforms
• Support leadership in managing sensitive communication topics, issues, and reputational risks
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, internal campaigns, and leadership communication programs
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure consistency with global communication strategies
• Manage digital communication channels, including internal platforms and social media
• Track communication effectiveness using dashboards, metrics, and reporting

Requirements

• 10–12 years of experience in Communications or Marketing roles
• Experience working in an international, matrix environment
• Strong background in corporate communications, internal communications, and media/public relations
• Proven expertise in executive communications and crisis/reputation management
• Experience working closely with senior stakeholders and business leaders
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
