Communications Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic communications support for HR communications to a global workforce of over 320,000 employees.
• Execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on HR operations, performance management, and learning.
• Create engaging content across various digital channels, including email, digital signage, web updates, newsletters, and events.
• Collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders to ensure consistency in branding and communication efforts.
• Write, edit, and distribute targeted content such as executive messages, organizational announcements, and program updates.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in professional communications.
• Proven success in developing enterprise-level and executive-level messaging.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills.
• Strong project management ability with the capacity to handle multiple urgent initiatives and deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a complex, matrixed environment as both an individual contributor and a team member.

Preferred Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience with graphic design and video production applications.
• Previous communications experience specifically focused on Human Resources.
