Communications Assistant

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging and original content for the school’s website, newsletters, and social media platforms
• Collaborate with teachers, students, and staff to produce high-quality multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and blogs
• Manage and grow the school’s social media presence and analyze performance metrics
• Provide periodic reporting on social media performance and online reputation with actionable recommendations
• Ensure clear and consistent communication across the school community, including staff, students, parents, and prospective families
• Develop and distribute internal and external newsletters and announcements
• Maintain brand guidelines across all school communications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience managing multiple social media networks
• Strong audiovisual content creation skills
• Proficiency in English, Catalan, and Spanish
• Current driving license and regular use of a personal vehicle to travel between BSB campuses

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience in communications or digital content creation
• Experience working within a dynamic educational environment
