Communications Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support the management of ROCKWOOL Core Solutions LinkedIn and YouTube pages
• Assist with post creation, planning, publication, and social media reporting
• Conduct social media benchmarks and competitor analysis to propose strategic improvements
• Participate in the implementation of marketing campaigns through content and visual creation
• Help draft, adapt, and proofread content for various channels including websites, emails, and ads
• Assist in organizing internal and external events and coordinating with external agencies
• Maintain communication assets and documentation

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field
• Fluency in English with strong written communication and copywriting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint
• Strong interest in social media management and content creation
• Ability to work proactively and independently in an international, multicultural environment
• Well-organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
