Communications and Training Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies and training programs for federal clients
• Create internal and external communications and build comprehensive training materials
• Deliver training to end users and lead the execution of training plans
• Manage change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes or systems
• Collaborate across teams to own key deliverables and support client objectives

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD ICE Public Trust
• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in change management, strategic communications, customer experience, or strategic planning

Preferred Qualifications

• Active and maintained ICE Public Trust or Suitability
• Experience conducting stakeholder assessments to identify engagement needs
• Ability to develop user personas and customer journey maps
• Experience building change readiness assessments and execution plans
• Experience supporting or working with federal law enforcement clients
