About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive support across communications, events, and operations for the Capacity Group
- Coordinate company events and plan staff social activities
- Schedule and manage social media content, including writing engaging captions
- Maintain and update the company CRM system
- Assist with general administrative tasks and operational support to ensure smooth daily running
Requirements
- Proficiency with social media platforms and digital content creation
- Competence in using CRM systems
- Strong skills in Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with Canva for design tasks
- Experience in planning and delivering events
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
