About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive support across communications, events, and operations for the Capacity Group
  • Coordinate company events and plan staff social activities
  • Schedule and manage social media content, including writing engaging captions
  • Maintain and update the company CRM system
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and operational support to ensure smooth daily running

Requirements

  • Proficiency with social media platforms and digital content creation
  • Competence in using CRM systems
  • Strong skills in Microsoft 365
  • Familiarity with Canva for design tasks
  • Experience in planning and delivering events
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
