Communications Analyst Intern

Responsibilities

• Design and execute internal communications campaigns to increase awareness of business strategies and brand positioning
• Develop high-quality written content for internal social media, email, intranet posts, and video scripts
• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement events to strengthen brand culture
• Drive employee engagement through initiatives that support diversity, inclusion, and belonging
• Work with global stakeholders to tell the CAE Group story across various digital channels

Requirements

• Educational background in Communications, PR, Media, Journalism, or Business
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Keen attention to detail and project management capabilities
• Knowledge of and interest in both traditional and social media
• Must be returning to school after the work term or require the term as a mandatory component for graduation

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Corporate Communications or Public Relations
• Visual design skills
• Video editing experience
• Demonstrated record of academic success and involvement in extracurricular activities
