Communication Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor communication activities for the Carbon Hub CPT01 project
• Develop communication calendars, key messages, support materials, and various communication channels
• Write and adapt content for press releases, website articles, presentations, brochures, newsletters, and social media posts
• Translate complex technical information into clear, accessible messages for employees, local communities, press, authorities, and partners
• Support the organization of campaigns, conferences, workshops, and other internal or external events
• Manage relationships and communication with external agencies, suppliers, and project partners
• Ensure all materials adhere to brand standards, tone of voice, and internal approval workflows
• Monitor press coverage, social media, and relevant public appearances
• Prepare summaries, reports, and context analyses regarding image opportunities or risks
• Maintain records of communication activities, budgets, invoices, and project documentation

Requirements

• Higher education in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
• Relevant experience in external communication or working within a PR agency
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt messages for diverse audiences
• Proven ability to simplify technical information for a general audience
• Strong organizational, planning, and attention to detail skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience using Canva, Google Slides, and various social media platforms
• Advanced proficiency in English
