Communication & Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the group’s overall communication and marketing strategy at a global level
• Provide communication and marketing support across various business lines
• Provide visual and graphic support for internal and external deliverables including presentations, brochures, and digital visuals
• Support external communication efforts via website, social media, campaigns, and events
• Assist with internal communication initiatives
• Support press relations through drafting materials, monitoring coverage, and expanding press presence

Requirements

• Business school student or equivalent with a focus on marketing and communication
• Strong interest in financial markets
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and graphic & video tools
• Fluent in English and French
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work rigorously and autonomously in a fast-paced environment
