Communication Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement Veolia's communication strategy within the North Normandy territory
• Manage events, public relations operations, and communication plans for specific expertise or industrial sites
• Support commercial challenges and territorial influence
• Participate in tender responses by developing communication plans
• Develop a local network of journalists, providers, and partners
• Adapt national communication campaigns to the territorial level
• Conduct assessments of communication actions performed
• Support internal communication for the Services aux Collectivités (DSC) business line

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in communication
• Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Proficiency in Canva
• Proficiency in collaborative tools (Google Workspace preferred)
• Ability to travel weekly within the North Normandy territory
• Autonomy, organizational skills, and a sense of cooperation
• Creativity and curiosity for innovative communication formats
