Communication Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead local media relations and execute the local communications PR plan in Milan
• Implement and track the global communications strategy in alignment with headquarters
• Manage crisis communications, including execution, tracking, and reporting
• Create and oversee communication materials such as press releases and media kits
• Manage relationships with media, content creators, and other key stakeholders
• Develop and activate the content creator ecosystem to strengthen community communications
• Plan and support PR events and digital content initiatives
• Track and analyze communication activities to inform future strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in communications, PR, media, or agency work
• Strong understanding of the content creator and influencer ecosystem
• Proven experience in crisis management and handling high-pressure situations
• Fluent in both Italian and English
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-based environment
