Communication Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of strategic communications programs to support the Epworth Centres of Excellence
• Collaborate with Centre leaders to identify and promote key initiatives, milestones, and success stories
• Plan, write, and oversee the design and production of high-quality communication materials
• Manage the approval process for materials to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and clinical requirements
• Develop and publish digital content and simple webpages to support initiative visibility
• Create and coordinate social media content aligned with strategic priorities and digital best practices

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism
• Proven experience executing communication strategies aligned with business goals
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• High-level interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders
