Communication & Interior Design Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the store Com&In team to grow the business through home furnishing knowledge
• Partner with the store manager to increase home furnishing interest among all co-workers
• Act as creative leader by facilitating workshops to generate creative directions
• Implement a store commercial calendar to ensure vitality and seasonality
• Oversee store layout, range presentation, and effective store communication
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing Com&In team based on business needs
• Identify and exploit commercial opportunities in both short and long term

Requirements

• Passion for fast-paced retailing and the IKEA range
• Ability to combine commercial, aesthetic, and practical skills
• Strong analytical and strategic skills for steering store business
• Experience leading creative processes and building business competence
• Understanding of home furnishing trends and consumer shopping behavior
• Willingness to work weekends, shift hours, and public holidays
