Communication - Event Strategy & Coordination

Responsibilities

• Support the communication strategy and deployment for Adopt AI – Grand Palais, an international AI summit
• Ensure message consistency across all event communication channels
• Create visual content on Canva and short video formats for social media
• Draft LinkedIn posts, editorial content, and partner communication kits
• Manage targeted marketing mailings and distribute content to ecosystems
• Support partner follow-up and structure communication packages
• Participate in brainstorming on new content formats, channels, and advertising campaigns
• Contribute to SEO improvement and database cleaning

Requirements

• Master student in communication, marketing, or equivalent
• Strong interest in AI and the event industry
• Excellent French spelling and professional proficiency in English (bilingual)
• Organized, rigorous, and comfortable with project management
• Autonomous, curious, and proactive

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Canva
• Experience with video editing tools
• Knowledge of mailing tools such as Pardot
