About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the design, development, and delivery of Employee Experience (EX) strategies for various HR programs to drive behavior change.
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling communications across print and digital media.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor for communication and engagement solutions.
- Lead internal project teams, managing client expectations, budgets, and multi-dimensional workflows.
- Partner with junior team members to provide guidance, insight, and "on the job" feedback.
- Contribute to new business development by drafting statements of work, project plans, and budgets.
- Develop intellectual capital, including new tools and approaches related to Employee Experience and organizational change.
Requirements
- Significant experience in internal or external communication or marketing.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical subject matter effectively.
- Experience managing concurrent, multi-dimensional projects and people within budget and timelines.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Excellent facilitation, written, digital, and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of current change management trends, digital marketing, and social media technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an agency or consulting environment.
- Experience with pension and member engagement.
- Experience working with graphic designers to develop visual "look and feel" for communications.
