Communication Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead the positioning and marketing strategy for the Early Childhood Center to project its key differentiators.
• Design and implement an integral strategy including digital, positioning, and reputation management.
• Coordinate the strategic deployment of content such as research results, projects, and alliances through various media.
• Develop strategic content including speeches, presentations, scripts, editorials, and impact reports.
• Analyze industry trends, competitor positioning, and sector references.
• Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to generate executive reports for decision-making.
• Design and optimize the execution of positioning campaigns and networking events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Design, or a related field (must have professional license/degree).
• Proven experience in institutional communication, strategic marketing, branding, and brand positioning.
• Experience managing strategic communication and reputation projects.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of CRM, Google Cloud, Power BI, and Looker Studio.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong skills in organization, assertive communication, and teamwork.
