Communication & Branding Apprentice – Scent Division

Responsibilities

• Create and manage content including newsletters, intranet updates, presentations, press releases, and social media posts
• Monitor communication trends and best practices
• Track new fragrance launches and update internal databases
• Update perfumer biographies and coordinate with sales teams to collect key information
• Support the organization of internal and external events such as trade shows, client presentations, and press events
• Assist with logistics, invitations, and vendor management
• Contribute to the deployment of press and influencer campaigns and track media coverage
• Provide administrative support including invoice processing, budget tracking, and document archiving

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a communication, marketing, or business school program (Bac+3 to Bac+5)
• Excellent writing skills in both French and English
• Highly organized, rigorous, and able to work autonomously

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong interest in the perfume, creative, and luxury industries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Experience or knowledge of creative tools such as Canva, WordPress, or Photoshop
