Communication and Transformation Support Intern

Responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation of the communication strategy for the clinical manufacturing and external partners entity
• Coordinate and draft the internal newsletter, ensuring high-quality and relevant content
• Proactively manage the Viva Engage channel to drive employee engagement
• Support the preparation and structuring of materials for team meetings and internal events
• Assist in the organization and support of entity-specific events
• Create visual and video content for informative and training purposes
• Support employees in adopting modern communication tools
• Ensure consistency of messaging across all communication channels

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in Communication
• Proficiency in video editing and the Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Intermediate level of English
• Strong interpersonal skills, rigor, and curiosity
