Communication and Event Project Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the Digital Campus team in promoting HR training initiatives and the MyLearning platform.
• Prepare content for the weekly internal newsletter and regular updates on Microsoft Viva Engage.
• Assist in the organization and physical presence at various events, including "Discovery Days."
• Manage event logistics, including participant registrations, follow-ups, and feedback collection via online forms.
• Create autonomous, creative, and engaging video content for pedagogical purposes.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of content promotion and event attendance rates.
• Propose innovative marketing ideas to launch new training programs and events.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master 1 or Master 2 degree in Communication, Business School, or Digital Marketing.
• Previous experience in project management.
• Strong knowledge of digital communication tools and social media platforms.
• Proven ability to design and create engaging video content.
• English proficiency at a B1 level (TOEIC score > 680).
• Excellent writing skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team.
