Communication and Customer Attractiveness Intern

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy communication actions to enhance the customer experience at the Troyes industrial site using a customer-centric approach.
• Improve the visitor experience by writing clear, impactful narratives and thematic capsules (jobs, environment, quality, production, safety).
• Optimize visitor paths and logistics for various profiles, including technical clients and institutional visitors.
• Strengthen the link between production and the final product by creating tools that help production teams visualize end-user benefits and product usage.
• Manage projects from the definition of scope and data to the implementation of communication tools.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BAC+4 or BAC+5 degree with a specialization in Communication.
• Ability to structure and simplify complex technical information.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse profiles, including operators, technicians, managers, and external visitors.
• High level of autonomy, pragmatism, and natural curiosity.
• Ability to work in a complex industrial environment.
