Responsibilities
- Compose menus and culinary offerings for staff members
- Orchestrate mise en place and guarantee high-quality service
- Manage the collective kitchen budget dedicated to personnel
- Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene rules
- Propose varied cuisine for vegetarians, vegans, and those with gluten allergies
- Plan and execute culinary events for the team
- Monitor work regularity and performance
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role within a high-end establishment is a significant asset
- Mastery of culinary techniques and kitchen tools
- Ability to maintain calm in high-pressure environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
