Common Area Cleaner

Responsibilities

• Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of all SPA areas including changing rooms, showers, toilets, saunas, Turkish baths, relaxation areas, and treatment rooms
• Ensure constant cleaning and replenishment of towels, robes, toiletries, and fresh beverages
• Meticulously prepare and tidy treatment rooms before and after appointments
• Monitor and report maintenance needs, malfunctions, or hygiene issues to supervisors
• Maintain clean and organized service carts and supply storages
• Handle guest personal belongings with care and discretion
• Collaborate with the SPA team to ensure impeccable presentation of all spaces

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a 5-star luxury hotel
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical stamina and ability to handle a demanding workload
• Professional, discreet, and polite attitude
• Basic understanding of Italian and/or English
