About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive the sales strategy for Sugar clients across Brazil geographies.
- Manage the sale of OTC commodity derivatives within the Brazil markets.
- Develop and manage a new client pipeline to capture revenue and create value.
- Support senior team members with existing client coverage and onboarding workflows.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Credit, Compliance, Legal, and Trading to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Work with brokers across various Marex divisions to drive business synergies.
Requirements
- Proven ability to work as a proactive, self-motivated, and resilient team player.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Understanding of global commodities, with a specific interest in developing expertise in Sugar and OTC Sugar products.
- Ability to take high levels of responsibility in a high-volume environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience offering clients advice on structuring derivatives to manage commodity price risks and exposure.
- Ability to act as a strategic collaborator with the agility to anticipate market challenges.
