Commodity Sales - Grains

Responsibilities

• Drive the sales strategy for Grains clients across Brazil geographies.
• Manage the sale of OTC commodity derivatives within the Brazil markets.
• Develop and manage a new client pipeline to capture revenue and create value.
• Support senior team members with existing client coverage and onboarding workflows.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Credit, Compliance, Legal, and Risk to ensure policy adherence.
• Work with brokers across various Marex divisions to drive business synergies.

Requirements

• Licensed to conduct OTC activities within Brazil.
• Sound understanding of global commodities markets, specifically Grains and OTC Grains products.
• Proven track record in relationship management and business development.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and regulated environment.
• High level of attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated approach.
