About the role
Responsibilities
- Focus on collaborative activities during vehicle assembly in the plant
- Reinforce the team during the plant launching phase
- Support vehicle assembly and participate in daily failure analysis (obeyas)
- Implement palliatives and containment actions, including drafting, costing, and implementation control
- Collaborate with the ENG Core Team to realize containment actions and final solution proposals
- Manage PPAP grids
- Oversee transfer to serial life
Requirements
- Degree (Bac+2/+3/+5) in Embedded systems, mechatronic engineering, electrical engineering, or control systems engineering
- Minimum 3 years of automotive experience
- Knowledge of EE systems in product development, manufacturing, or quality
- Demonstrated knowledge of automotive quality tools, methods, and processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for presenting to global executive teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
