Commodity Options Broker

Responsibilities

• Promote FIS by providing market intelligence and analysis to clients
• Arrange trades via voice broking on behalf of clients on a non-advice basis
• Maintain and enhance existing client relationships through regular contact and tracking
• Proactively solicit industry feedback via trade calls, surveys, and conferences
• Produce daily and weekly market price and direction updates for international desks
• On-board new clients following strict Compliance and Operations procedures
• Identify and seize new business opportunities related to market trends and products
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory, exchange, and internal risk management policies

Requirements

• Proven experience working within an Options market
• Deep understanding of price risk management
• Experience as a broker covering commercial clients
• Strong knowledge of Commodity or Energy markets and derivatives
• Excellent analytical and numeracy skills
• Strong IT systems experience
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building professional networks
