About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic sourcing and procurement execution for $50M–$100M in annual Capex and facilities spend across the Americas
  • Drive the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle, including strategy, RFx, negotiation, contracting, and supplier execution
  • Build and execute category strategies aligned with cost, timeline, and growth objectives
  • Partner cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, and finance teams to deliver critical initiatives
  • Leverage spend analytics, market intelligence, and cost modeling to identify savings opportunities
  • Develop and maintain Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Total Landed Cost models
  • Manage supplier relationships, performance, and long-term sourcing strategies
  • Deliver measurable improvements in cost, cash flow, quality, and risk mitigation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management
  • Experience managing or supporting multi-million-dollar ($10M+) Capex or indirect spend categories
  • Proven track record in leading RFx events and supplier negotiations
  • Proficiency in spend analytics, cost modeling, and data-driven decision making
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects with defined scopes and timelines
  • Working knowledge of procurement systems, contracting, and sourcing processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Exposure to the procurement of production equipment or capital projects
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish
  • Ability to influence without authority in a matrixed global organization
  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven growth environments
