Commodity Buyer

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Features (QDCF) of suppliers within a specific commodity segment
• Develop, negotiate, and implement strategies to improve supply chain performance and product quality
• Drive negotiations and executive agreements with suppliers
• Collaborate with the global supply chain network to execute technology and supply strategies
• Monitor, identify, and mitigate risks in cooperation with the Supply Network Quality team
• Forecast cost evolution and manage product or process changes
• Perform daily purchasing activities related to aftermarket orders, logistics, and financial flows

Requirements

• 3+ years of strategic purchasing experience (e.g., sourcing, negotiations, or supplier relationship management)
• Experience working within the manufacturing industry
• Proven negotiation skills and strong business acumen
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
