Commodity Buyer A&H

Responsibilities

• Scout and onboard suppliers for new technologies to support growth verticals
• Build and maintain a robust global supplier panel aligned with regional operational requirements
• Lead supplier integration processes, including prospection and CSA assessments
• Achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) objectives for assigned sub-commodities
• Drive quarterly Matex targets through productivity initiatives, value engineering, and optimized resourcing
• Conduct annual negotiations with assigned suppliers to secure competitive terms
• Support new product launches by collaborating with the NPI (New Product Introduction) team
• Drive supplier performance improvement through quarterly business reviews

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in procurement or supply chain
• Proven expertise in actuator and sensing procurement
• Strong negotiation skills with global vendors
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage supplier panels and execute localization and regional balancing strategies

• Electrical or Electronic Engineering degree preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to foster long-term, collaborative supplier relationships
