About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day picking, shipping, and reclamation functions
- Perform inventory replenishment, packaging, and material reclamation
- Handle waste disposal, housekeeping, and warehouse zone maintenance
- Ensure accurate shipment of materials to Power Delivery facilities
- Prepare new and used materials for return to Supply Center inventory
- Maintain effective communication with Supply Center employees and internal customers
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles
- Ability to obtain a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Demonstrated ability to operate power lift equipment
- Proficiency with hand and power tools (e.g., banding machines, saws, crimping tools)
- Basic computer skills, including email access via Outlook
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks like bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and extreme temperatures
Preferred Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in a supply chain or warehouse environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
