Commissions Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly calculation and accurate payment for variable compensation and incentive plans
• Manage in-year changes to compensation plans, including SPIFF payouts and other approved incentives
• Act as a primary resource for field inquiries regarding compensation calculations and accuracy
• Administer plans through compensation tools, ensuring accuracy of calculation logic, data tables, and reporting
• Support leadership reviews by providing accurate, up-to-date performance metrics
• Work with internal audit teams to ensure compliance
• Provide support for cross-functional compensation-related requests

Requirements

• Experience supporting sales teams within the technology industry
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics
• Experience with compensation management tools (Everstage preferred)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple simultaneous requests in a fast-paced environment
