About the role

Responsibilities

  • Verify and ensure all field activities comply with HSE policies, regulations, standards, and procedures.
  • Perform Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
  • Monitor subcontractor activities to ensure adherence to applicable HSE procedures and standards.
  • Organize and participate in periodic HSE site inspections, audits, and walk-arounds.
  • Coordinate site HSE training activities and lead the site emergency response and fire prevention teams.
  • Investigate work accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Prepare HSE documentation, including monthly progress reports, site statistics, and meeting minutes.
  • Lead and coordinate the activities of the site HSE committee.

Requirements

  • University Degree or Diploma in Engineering or an equivalent field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of HSE experience specifically within commissioning projects or operations.
  • Extensive experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries, preferably on major EPC projects.
  • Valid NEBOSH GC or IGC certificate.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills with high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ARAMCO approval is highly advantageous.
