Commissioning Supervisor, HVAC

Responsibilities

• Supervise pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for HVAC systems
• Review HVAC commissioning procedures, method statements, and schedules
• Verify mechanical completion of HVAC equipment and systems prior to commissioning
• Coordinate HVAC system startup, testing, balancing, and performance verification
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, design drawings, and vendor requirements
• Monitor commissioning progress and report status to the Commissioning Manager
• Ensure all punch list items are addressed before handover
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly commissioning reports
• Maintain commissioning dossiers and support final handover packages

Requirements

• 8–12 years of HVAC experience within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG, or Energy sectors
• 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Diploma, ITI, or equivalent educational qualification
• Proven expertise in Commissioning Planning & Execution
• Willingness to work in remote, offshore, or desert locations
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
