Commissioning Senior Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Own the field commissioning program across all MEP systems on hyperscale data center projects at 100MW+
• Lead every commissioning phase from pre-functional testing through functional performance testing and Integrated Systems Testing
• Own startup and energization sequencing for chillers, dry coolers, FCUs, pumps, HVAC, switchgear, UPS, generators, and BMS/EPMS
• Manage six-week look-ahead and constraint logs to resolve upstream issues
• Run site meetings with clients, consultants, and trades to present status and risk
• Travel at least 50% to project sites

Requirements

• Experience owning large-scale commissioning programs for hyperscale data centers (100MW+)
• Deep mechanical commissioning expertise (chillers, dry coolers, pumps, HVAC) in redundant live environments
• Proficiency in electrical and controls integration for MEP commissioning
• Experience on the owner's-rep or client side
• Ability to lead high-stakes client meetings and drive accountability
• Proficiency with six-week look-ahead scheduling and visual planning tools
• Knowledge of energized-work safety and OSHA in mission-critical environments
