Commissioning Rotating Lead

Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate, and control the execution of mechanical works and commissioning activities for the NFPS EPC2 project.
• Manage interfaces between construction disciplines and engineering departments.
• Oversee the availability of construction materials and equipment to ensure works align with project documentation and schedules.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements and quality standards.
• Support the HSE Manager in preparing general HSE plans and participating in safety walk-downs and incident investigations.
• Verify that commissioning and start-up requirements are integrated into engineering documents.
• Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and the maintenance plan, including resource and logistics assignment.
• Lead preventive, condition-based, and corrective maintenance through the management of a dedicated team.
• Coordinate on-site vendors and approve work orders via the Permit to Work procedure.
• Implement mechanical isolation controls through the Blinding and De-blinding Register.

Requirements

• Fluency in the English language.
• Proven experience in coordinating mechanical works and commissioning activities.
• Strong knowledge of HSE compliance and safety procedures in an industrial environment.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, and maintenance management.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and on-site vendors effectively.
