About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, test run, training, and handover activities to the Client.
  • Review contractual documentation and ensure all requirements are integrated into engineering documents.
  • Develop and maintain project planning, scheduling, and execution plans, including personnel mobilization.
  • Supervise the preparation of commissioning procedures, operating manuals, and handover documentation.
  • Define and review schedules for Licensors and Vendors regarding commissioning and operation activities.
  • Support the HSE Manager in preparing general HSE plans and ensuring compliance during the commissioning phase.
  • Participate in HAZOP review meetings and project review meetings to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Review 3D models for compliance with accessibility, operability, and commissioning requirements.
  • Define commissioning systems, handover priorities, and requirements for spare parts and consumables.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant engineering field.
  • Extensive experience in Commissioning within International Projects.
  • Mandatory past experience in a Lead role.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
