Commissioning Mechanical Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical commissioning across flushing, cooling, heat rejection, and liquid cooling systems for high performance data centers (Level 1 through Level 5).
• Drive the Testing & Verification program for mechanical cooling, heat rejection, and data hall thermal systems.
• Own commissioning documentation across multiple projects and sites, tracking issues, test results, and reports.
• Run on-site commissioning operations including inspections, safety enforcement, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
• Close out final operational handover for mechanical systems to ensure readiness for service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on commissioning experience
• Direct experience commissioning data center mechanical equipment (chillers, cooling towers, CRAH/CRAC, AHUs, CDUs, liquid cooling, pumps, hydronic piping, BMS/BAS)
• Experience with hydronic flushing, cleaning, and pressure/hydrostatic testing
• Deep knowledge of AABC/NEBB TAB standards
• Experience building and executing end-to-end Testing & Verification programs
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• ASHRAE or BCxA commissioning guideline experience
• Knowledge of controls or electrical systems
• Hyperscale or mission-critical data center project experience
• Experience managing multiple concurrent project sites
