Commissioning Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the commissioning process to ensure all building systems and equipment are installed, tested, and functioning according to project specifications.
• Develop and implement commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures in coordination with project teams.
• Conduct inspections, functional testing, and performance verification of mechanical, electrical, and building services systems.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during the commissioning phase by liaising with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the commissioning process.
• Facilitate a seamless transition from the construction phase to operational use.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commissioning processes within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Experience developing and implementing commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures.
• Thorough understanding of safety protocols and the ability to enforce compliance.
• Familiarity with relevant construction regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
